I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the hostel staff. They were truly friendly and kind throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was both tidy and clean, and the bathroom maintained a high level of cleanliness as well. The availability of hot and cold water in the shower was reliable and functional. While the pool appeared well-maintained and clean, it's worth noting that its depth might pose a potential risk for children to play safely.

The hostel's location posed challenges in terms of finding food, and it's worth mentioning that the area is currently under development, with no Gojek service available. During our check-out in the morning, unfortunately, breakfast was not provided as indicated in the booking.

The water of the shower was really good! It had good pressure (unlike other locations on the island). The room was super big and so was the bathroom. It was all clean but a little outdated.

Everything is a little outdated, but so are most accommodations. The location is a little more away from everything, you do need some sort of transport to go to places.

It was an spacious room, we had AC and it looked clean

They switched off our breaker box at 2:00 for no reason. The staff was nice but some of the drivers would try to get more money than what was agreed upon.

"Great value stay"

It was a great spot as it actually was pretty close to the night market. We just took a torch with us and had no problems. They have a nice refreshing pool and the staff were very friendly and great. We stayed in a 4 bunk room as a family. Nice hot shower which was great. We would stay there again. Definitely check out the night market. The mutrabak stall and the Satay were excellent.

Occasionally the people in the room above us were loud and dragged furniture around. Nothing to do with the hotel just rude backpackers. Maybe request an upstairs room if possible.
