A localização é excelente fica próximo a tudo e a vista do quarto que fiquei era de frente para Jony Cay Havia limpeza dos quartos todos os dias Possuía água quente Eles disponibilizavam toalhas de praia e uma ducha com banheiro Não tenho oq reclamar, adorei e voltaria

El agua presenta mal olor y condiciones inadecuadas, y desde el baño se perciben olores fuertes que se extienden a toda la habitación. Las camas son inestables, lo que afecta el descanso. En general, las instalaciones requieren reparaciones urgentes y no corresponden a lo que uno espera encontrar en un hotel.

La ubicación y la vista desde las habitaciones

Reservamos cinco habitaciones para toda la familia y la experiencia fue muy negativa. Durante los cuatro días de estadía, las habitaciones presentaron un fuerte olor a cañería que resultaba muy incómodo. Además, el agua de las duchas tenía mal olor, lo que generó gran inconformidad. A pesar de que realizamos varias quejas, el hotel no brindó una solución efectiva. La respuesta del personal fue evasiva y se limitaron a dar excusas, sin atender adecuadamente la situación. Por estas razones, no recomendaría este hotel. Las condiciones de higiene y mantenimiento no son adecuadas para una estadía.
