Breakfast was really good and enough for one person. The hostess is really kind and let me stay two nights, even when they where actually closed. I fully recommend this hotel!

The view from the room was wonderful the size of the room was great. The staff is very friendly.

Great breakfast, good choice of items. Table was laid, no need to use a buffet. Spacious room with roller blinds, great for those who prefer a dark room for the night. Bathroom a bit dated, but functional.

Cappuccino or latte macchiato instead of filter coffee would have been nice. If you like a lie-in or are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the backside as there is considerable traffic passing through the street leading to nature monument "Bruchhauser Steine" in the vicinity. Lots of early birds as from 8.00 h.

Lovely traditional hotel with 1980s charm away from the hustle and bustle of Winterberg, but only minutes away from the ski resorts. It’s ideally located for a wide variety of walks or cycle rides in beautiful countryside. Exceptionally nice staff who made you feel welcome and took the time for a chat here and there. Copious varied breakfast. I can only recommend it.
