"Situated in a bad area"

Located in a bad area, too expensive for that zone. The tram pass near, you can hear and feel it everytime it pass. A turist doesn't know the city, come to explore ...was a bad choice. For less than that money you can stay in the city center instead of choosing to stay near the sea. A sea that you can reach only passing true another " hotel's " yard and rooms, that has an open gate. The beach is dirty with trash and also more like with mudd rather than sand :((( In this case stay near the sea and enjoy it was a bad experience. The room was at the main floor with the window and the " terace" door faceing the parking, You could not let them open, guests or peolple crossing the street could see you inside...
