The room was very spacious. The pool was very nice, particularly the kids' pool. The food was decent. The kids' indoor and outdoor playgrounds were great. Parking is free.

The staff was not extremely friendly. The reception lady barely greeted and didn't give any information on the hotel during check-in. At the restaurant, there was a strange system where one would get assigned a table for the duration of the stay. We were neither told of our table number nor of the need to register with the staff and pre-order food. On the first night, we sat down, and the waitress took our drinks order. However, she never asked for our room number and didn't explain the ordering system to us. We ended up eating only from the buffet that night. The staff accused us of taking another family's place while we didn't even know that there was an assigned table for each room. No separate shampoo and conditioners are provided. Bring your own if you need some. Live music is quite loud every evening.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the rooms, to the staff and the spa facilities… all top notch. The staff are super attentive. When checking out we mentioned that it had been our wedding anniversary earlier that week and they gave us a complimentary bottle of local schnapps. The buffet every evening was amazing with a great selection of warm and cold appetizers. The one thing that really stood out were the entrees. Especially because everything else was so incredible. None of the entrees were “bad” per se, but not on the same level as everything else in the hotel. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Everything was excellent but bed was uncomfortable need softer beds

We visited as a young couple for a ski holiday. We paid extra for a suite room as the price difference was minimal. The room was beautiful, a good size and had a balcony. It was cleaned daily. There was an option for bath or shower. The only negative I have about the room is that unfortunately there were silverfish - which we were alerted to by seeing the traps left in the bathroom. The facilities were great - but particularly ideal if you have young children. There is a nursery/ play area, a family swim area and an outdoor playground. But the star of the show is an indoor trampoline park and table tennis area in a games room. As we didn't come with children, we favoured the adults only spa area upstairs. This was lovely and very modern. We did struggle to find it initially but the groundsmen/ caretaker helpfully pointed us in the right direction through the hotel. I do have to say the cleaning staff and groundsmen/caretakers were very friendly and helpful, but some of the front of house staff that we encountered were unfortunately not very welcoming. This was most noticeable on our arrival (not told where our room was/where the dining room was/the timings or locations of anything), and one evening at the bar - in which the barman was bordering on rude in how he spoke to us. These were one offs and the majority of staff - especially the younger members of the team, were polite and helpful. I think the biggest disappointment of the trip was unfortunately the food. We had high hopes from the 4* and online descriptions but the evening meal did not meet these expectations. Often it arrived cold with poor presentation and lacking in flavour. Several times during our short stay we seemed to get the same white sauce with chopped peppers that just took over any other flavours of the dish. I wonder if the food has been tailored slightly to suit families? But 2 out of the 6 main dishes I had were enjoyable. The saviour of the food is the buffet style starters and salad bar and soup options. These were always to a high quality, plentiful and tasty. Breakfast options again are plentiful - with a good range of hot and cold options including the option for fresh juice. In busy ski season it did slightly depend when you went down as to how hot food was / how much was left. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to families in light of the great facilities available and the modern rooms / bar area / spa. If we were to return, we probably wouldn't choose the half-board option.

Everything was working in a good way. There might not be anything outstanding but nothing bad. The breakfast was quite good.
