"I had a great time in Ischgl,"

breakfast was very good, vast choice of food. Location to the ski lift was also very good.Just a few minutes walk to the lift.

The SPA and wellness area wasn't up to standard for a 4 star hotel.

God placering.

Vi havde et dobbelt de lux værelse. Som er umuligt at styre varmen på. Meget gammelt dags indrettet med gamle sofaer og inventar. Sengen er fin men dynerne føltes som gamle post sække. Servicen ved morgenmaden var meget meget langsom. Samt morgenmaden blev ikke flydt op. Dette var i uge 3.

Personne à la réception, un ordinateur pour s’enregistrer même pas en français. C’est inadmissible que l’on est même pas l’ordinateur à la langue du pays…

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and location just a minute's walk from the lift. As a family of four, very much enjoyed staying in a cozy two room suite. Next level ski and equipment storage.

Arrived with EV and paid for parking spot in hotel garage, which is convenient, however, they could have included a one-time battery top up charge in the overall fee but instead charged an extra €25.
