Ambiente, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter*innen, ruhige Lage, sehr ruhige Zimmer, Sauberkeit, angenehme Atmosphäre im Wellness- und Spabereich, Qualität und Auswahl der Speisen beim Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet/Essen

Im Tagescafe gab es für uns ein Tiefkühl-Ciabatta aus der Tageskarte für über 8 € - das war sehr schade.

"Fantastisches langes Wochenende in einem ausgezeichneten Hotel"

Die Nähe zur Therme Loipersdorf mit Verbindungstunnel war sehr komfortabel, obwohl der Wellnessbereich des Hotels ohnehin schon gut ausgestattet ist. In der näheren Umgebung kann man sehr schön wandern gehen und einiges enddecken. Die Hotelbar und auch Musikauswahl war sehr ansprechend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider ist das Angebot an Lokalen in fußläufiger Entfernung überschaubar. Gerade, wenn einem das Menü nicht so zusagt, wären Alternativen außerhalb des Hotels schön gewesen. Das liegt aber weniger am Hotel als an der abgeschiedenen Lage der Therme.
