Guests should follow signs for deliveries to bring them into the city center at the top of New Street/Sadler Street. Please note, all the rooms are accessible by one or more flight of stairs. Due to the age and layout of the building there is no elevator. Pets are only allowed in the standard double and twin rooms, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Guests traveling with children are requested to note the age and number of children traveling, using the Special Requests box. . There is limited parking for small and medium cars onlyPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Miranda and the team made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Alan entertained us at dinner with his "Hot Fuzz" stories with some lovely factoids thrown in. The location is spot on for those visiting Wells because of the film, Hot Fuzz. The city has some beautiful places to visit, especially the Bishops Palace and Wells cathedral. Breakfast was wonderful with a good choice, even for my fussy family.

This is very petty. Not enough twin rooms.

Beautiful location, really close to the cathedral and bishops palace. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Lovely pub with fantastic atmosphere. Room was nice, bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

"Fantastic stay, impressive room"

We booked the family room for two and had a lovely big room with a clean, large bathroom. Arriving in a heatwave I worried it would be sweltering but the room stayed a comfortable temperature and came with a good quiet fan! Breakfast was lovely too!
