Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, εύκολη πρόσβαση σε κεντρικά σημεία με τα πόδια. Μπορούσες να παρκάρεις χωρίς χρέωση σε απόσταση δύο λεπτών με τα πόδια.

Ο διαθέσιμος χώρος πάρκινγκ που προσέφερε το δωμάτιο, ήταν ουσιαστικά σε πεζοδρόμιο, σε αρκετά στενό δρόμο με κίνδυνο να γδαρθεί το αυτοκίνητο.
