La localisation de l’hôtel ainsi que le petit déjeuner était vraiment des points forts

La qualité des lits était vraiment mauvaise, les rideaux ne couvraient pas suffisamment les fenêtres, donc il y avait trop de lumière tôt le matin, et les murs sont très fins donc il n’y a aucune intimité

My room was excellent - a great view onto the lake, a comfy bed, enough space, towels replaced everyday!

The prices on the restaurant menu could drop a bit.

"Brienz was our perfect 2-day lodging place, much better than overrun Interlaken."

Its perfect location, and its comfort and classic charm.

A minor quibble: the shower dripped afterwards, and it took a while to manhandle its handles. No problem, in the end.
