Familiengeführtes Hotel mit Liebe zum Detail und sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Küche abwechslungsreich und in sehr guter Qualität. Skibusse für Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis halten vor dem Hotel.

Wer nachts geräuschempfindlich ist und mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, sollte ein Zimmer an der Straßenseite vermeiden.

Skibus direkt vorm Haus. Bequeme Matratzen

Frühstücksbuffet eher spärlich, Nachfüllen gabs erst nach Aufforderung, Tüten-Brot aus dem Supermarkt. Restaurant mit recht viel Fertigprodukten (Bratensoße, Pommes, Rösti, Gemüse). Kissen schrecklich, sehr hoch und sehr fest, es gab auch keine anderen Kissen auf Nachfrage
