Villa am Stadtpark

Központi helyen volt, jól megközelíthető

A Villaban foglaltam szobát, érkezésünkkor a bejelentkezési lapon az a szobaszám szerepelt amit ott kellett volna kapnunk. Miután a recepciós látta, hogy reggeli nélkül kértem a szobát rákérdezett, hogy igényt tartunk-e reggelire. Miután mondtam, hogy nem, közölte, hogy “sajnos a szoba már ki van adva”, és csak a Gasthausban tud szobát adni, természetesen azon az áron amennyiért a Villaban lévő szobát foglaltam (250€/2fő/2éj). Abszolút nem tartom ezt korrektnek, hogy az orrom előtt húzta át a Villaban lévő szobaszámunkat, csak azért mert nem tartottunk igényt a reggelire. A Gasthausban lévő szobánk is nagy volt, ellenben egészen más kategória, mint a képeken látható szobák a Villaban.

Ich bekam mein Zimmer jedoch im Haupthotel da ich raucher angegeben habe. Perfekte Unterkunft, ein super Frühstück, das Highlight überhaupt war die super zentrale lage und der Balkon.

Freundliche Zimmerdamen. Nostalgische Gefühle da in 70er 80er Jahren Gast hier.

Man schlägt sich wegen Dachschräge leicht den Kopf an. Chef ein wenig arrogant.

Die zentrale Lage kann man als sehr positiv bewerten. Das Personal bemüht sich, grundsätzlich aber eher schlechte Stimmung im Hotel, die Mitarbeiter wirken eher unzufrieden.

Die Räumlichkeiten/Einrichtung an sich, sehr dunkel, kaputte Zimmertür, ungenießbarer (verlängerter) Kaffee beim Frühstück, zu teuer für die Qualität, die geboten wird.

I didn't have breakfast. The room was basic, but clean, and met my requirements. The shower was particularly good - decent flow and power, so much appreciated. Check in and check out was hassle-free - the check in and check out was at another hotel, just down the road, but no issues with that. I'd stay there again if visiting Vocklabruck in the future.

Not a lot wrong with the place - the bed was on the soft side, but easily remedied by putting the mattress on the floor. Overall, no complaints with the place.
