The location of the hotel was very good as a tourist coming in to visit. It is close to many eateries and attractions. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly, and would help with any requests as best they can.

The blankets could have been a little bigger, but that is a personal preference. The bathrooms should have a divider (on the floorings) between the wet and dry areas so that we can put the bath mat in the bathroom.

Staff was amazing, very helpful. We could leave our bags for a few days for later pickup.

The bathroom has just a sheet between the toilet and shower, very common in Malaysia but it makes it a bit messy with the water everywhere.

Staff hotel is very good, very helpful, and friendly. In addition, the hotel is in a very strategic location—it’s easy to find food, and the mall is also nearby, just within walking distance.
