Window of room 22 looked out at a wall. It was very dark in that room. No natural light.

"Cute, cozy, but loud."

Quaint little independent motel. Loved the updated , modern interior. It was nice there was a pet release area with trash bin and poo bags. Location was great , walkable to Main Street Fruita.

Loved that it was next to an active railroad, we caught a train passing a couple times and that was so neat. Unfortunately, I am a light sleeper and train sounding at late hours/early hours woke me up several times. The hotel is also located right off the highway so that was loud at times. Each unit has an ac/fan/heater so that helped with white noise.

Absolutely a gem of a place family ran an small town atmosphere clean great breakfast self serve clean large parking lot
