Die Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt. Die Lage ist optimal zum Skifahren.

Für ein 3 Sterne Superior Hotel ist es sehr bedenklich wenn ein Hund aus der Küche kommt und regelmäßig durch den Speiseraum läuft. Desweiteren war die Rezeption quasi nie besetzt und man musste daher auf die Gnade der Bedienung hoffen, die einen zwar zur Kenntnis genommen hat aber keinerlei Willen zeigte die Chefin zu holen. Ebenso war das Verhalten der Bedienung beim Frühstück. Die Zimmer sahen gemütlich aus, allerdings war der Couchtisch so schief und instabil dass man lieber nichts darauf stellen sollte. Der Türbutler war defekt und wurde von uns notdürftig repariert, was aber nur einmal Tür öffnen aushielt bis er wieder kaputt war. Die Betten quietschten bei jeder minimalen Bewegung was für wache unruhige Nächte sorgte. Die Vorhänge haben schon länger keine Waschmaschine mehr gesehen, da hier viele Flecken waren. ...
