What was missing for the hotel is a car park. It would be much more convenient to park in the hotel rather than a central garage. But as the hotel has reserved spaces in this garage, the problem wasn't critical.

Friendly staff, extremely helpful. Always greeted with a smile, making us feel really welcome. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Wide selection of breakfast foods. FYI, for any Brits, no kettles in the room, though this is normal for Austria. However, a good selection of teas are available at the bar.
