Being put on 2nd floor while promised 1st. That is the ONLY reason i booked here. My husband is disabled and i have a BIG fear of heights. The doors had to be slammed to close them and pushed/shoved to open. With my fear and my husband being disabled, the amount of stairs was terrible. I asked the office if i could switch rooms and i was told no. Outside there was a "VACANCY" sign. We would have settled for less to get a 1st floor room. We paid for a side room and could not see the beach. They said since we booked through booking.com they were not responsible for our car.

Close to everything and the staff was very friendly and answered all questions

Placing the refrigerator on a table or cabinet would have been helpful. Other than that , it was perfect.

I loved the room, balcony, access to the beach, and location. Staff was friendly too

My room had door/lock issues and the microwave didn’t work.

We liked how close to the beach it was and that it was within walking distance of several shops. We were able to get a room mid week at a decent price.

While we felt safe there, the door lock was a bit wonky and someone even opened the door while we were sleeping. I think the door frame has taken a beating from the weather and should be fixed.

Close proximity to family

They suggest that there are views from every room which isn’t the case.

Electrical outlets are outdated. Installing new sockets might solve the problem of cords staying plugged in.

Location perfect the owner is awesome she was very friendly and attentive made me feel like family I will definitely be staying there from now on at carolina beach
