Outstanding cuisine, although for my low-cal diet I totally missed beans and peas

Scandinavian style very low beds on nice but very slippery floors with no rugs. NEVER AGAIIN. My wife, in her mid eighties, with very bad knees, could not get up from the bed without my assistance. Especially troubling at night - she had to wake me up to got to bathroom. In America, with a high bed and a carpet below, she never has trouble. NEVER AGAIN!

Lovely family run hotel in village; friendly, helpful staff; lovely room & good food. I also enjoyed the swimming pool.
