Apartamentos antigos e mal cuidados. Banheiro com vazamento na descarga. Cama desconfortável com o colchão quebrado. O quarto nao tem espelho, apenas o espelho em cima da pia jo banehro. Escada ruim para idosos e crianças. Não repõem o café da manhã. Não tem estacionamento, apenas uma garagem com 1 vaga e vários entulhos, quem chegar primeiro estaciona.
