Very personal service and people working here seems proud for their hotel and love their job. It could be noticed in every detail. And yes, kitchen is amazing. Almost Michelin level experience every evening.

We stayed for a week end March. Very warm welcome on arrival. Lovely warm atmosphere throughout our stay. Fantastic location, a very short walk to lift down to the moving walkway and ski lift. Very short walk to town..5 mins with lots of restaurants and bars. Breakfast was superb..so much choice…great selection of cereals, fruit, cold meats, smoked salmon, cheese, cooked breakfast, pancakes..absolutely lovely people working in the hotel without exception. Spa area very pleasant…good facilities and everywhere spotless. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend.

We had a superb stay in this lovely family run hotel. The hotel is lovely with traditional sauna/steam room, the food was excellent and there was a fab selection of drinks! Dog friendly which is a bonus. Excellent location for Fimba via the Dorfmitte and can ski in to within about 200m of the hotel. Ski room well equipped for boots/skis/boards. Everything was super clean. Would definitely stay again! Thank you ☺️

The hotel and staff were amazing. They made us feel at home and took incredible care of us even through broken bones and flight delays. The breakfast is incredible, the beds are super comfortable, the distance to the lift is good. Perfect for families. Hope to get to go again.

I loved the breakfast, it had great variety, good quality and excellent service.

First visit to Ischgl and we were able to book this fabulous hotel right next to the slopes. The hotel was extremely well presented and a lot of care is taken by the owners and his attentive staff. The ski boot room was great with nice ski holders and heated boot rails, as you would expect the owners are skiers themselves. (Check out the cabinets as you enter the hotel ) Thankyou Roland and Anna and your team.

Best hotel in Ischgl, great location, great food, fantastic staff. Been there plenty of times and it always feels like “coming” home due to their personal service they offer to all guests. Wellness area is great and has a lot to offer. Definitely my first choice in Ischgl!
