Top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Mein Zimmer war sehr schön und ruhig, komme immer wieder gerne.

Es gibt für mich nichts auszusetzen.

[Good points] The manager was kind and helpful Clean and new room Good location Good price *Heating system didn't work and the room was a bit cold though.

[Disappointing points] No explanation about hotel facility: I got two keys but they didn't explain how to use so I couldn't enter the hotel in midnight. No explanation how to check-in and check-out when the reception is closed: When I checked-out in early morning, the reception was closed and I couldn't leave the keys. I sent a message via Booking.com to the hotel about leaving keys for check-out but they didn't check it [A trouble I got] The reception forgot to return my ID card. When I realized and called to the hotel, the staff said "Come here to take it." without apologize. (My place is very far from their hotel and it's not good suggestion) I got angry because it's completely their fault. Later the manager somehow brought my ID card to me and apologized. ID card is a very important document and they should be very careful. The hotel facility itself is good so they need more improvement about human services.
