The property is safe and secure, very cozy and clean and the location is an easy walk to lost things.

The ONLY complaint I have is the bed. I had two very hard twins pushed together to make a full. Where the crack was felt like a stick going downy the middle. The mattress were super firm and then the “crack” was so hard it made for an absolutely miserable night of sleep. My friend had a much softer full size bed with not crack in the middle.

Staff was very polite and welcoming. The room was clean, well organized, everything was well-kept. Bathroom had a pretty decent size and the shower was fantastic! Breakfast wasn't extraordinary, but great to have it included anyway. Right next to the city's bus station (which was a bonus, since Uber is not really a thing there apparently) and close enough to the city center.

The bedroom was extremely noisy, I can barely describe it. My room was sandwiched between the parking lot, the "breakfast area", the reception, the kitchen and the laundry. Literally all these places were less than a meter away from my door. The lack of privacy and the constant noise (from staff setting up the breakfast, reception TV, all day laundry work, other guest screaming on the parking lot, staff talking) were definitely not appreciated. Also, the bed was quite stiff and the bedding could use an upgrade.

Chuveiro limitado pra dias frios e cama mole. Apesar de próximo do centro histórico, a caminhada à noite passa insegurança.
