De enorme vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid van het personeel, het verrukkelijke ontbijt, lekker lunchpakket mee voor overdag, de goede bedden, de bus voor de deur, de fijne tuin met prachtig uitzicht. Je voelde je er meteen thuis!

Er was in onze kamer overdag wel wat zwaar verkeer te horen. ‘s Nachts was het stil. We misten een airco op de kamer.

Beautiful hotel grounds, staff is amazing and food is exceptional!

This hotel is a true gem. The staff are so warm, helpful & welcoming. The hotel has a perfect location with stunning views & the rooms are spacious & very clean. We had breakfast & evening meals in the hotel also which were all exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were superb, the building itself full of charm and character.

An outdoor pool would secure a 10 rating.

Fantastic stay at Isserwirt, hospitality was amazing and the family went the extra mile to ensure my car was safe during a crazy one off hail storm. Dinner there was excellent, room was very nice too! Local shops and welcome card made for a great few days of exploring innsbruck and nearby mountains.

No air con but this is common across all of Austria, so it was pretty warm when it was 33deg outside (expected and not a complaint). The room was a little noisy at times being near to the main road, but not the hotels fault.

The food was exceptional, freshly prepared, locally sourced and - so important for breakfast - lots of choices. I loved the coffee they served. As so often in Tirol, this is a family-run business, and they were genuinely welcoming and nice. The same goes for the staff. the woman, who was responsible for breakfast in the morning, was delightful - on the job before 6 a.m., cheerful and happy to get me a cup of fresh coffee when I sneaked down in my pyjamas around 7. It is heartwarming to see such a good team working together so well.

Better shower doors!

Very comfortable and clean, the staff was very friendly upon check in and the location is amazing with a good view of the city.
