"Poor"

Nothing

Dirty sheets on the bed, poor service, no hot water. We had to ask for the sheets to be changed however they just place a small sheet over the top of the dirty one. We ask about the hot water and we're advise it is only available between 5-9 am. However after questioning this they turn the boiler on. Would not recommend any westerns to stay here.

The staff was absolutely helpful and professional. Clean rooms and bathrooms

The entrance to the hotel is quite narrow and the staircase is quite steep. Didn't know about that earlier

"Stay somewhere else."

The bed was ok. Close to the train station.

Very basic. No wifi in room, room was dark and rundown (cracks in the walls), lack of basic amenity (only toiletry was small bar of soap). Not many restaurants/cafes nearby.
