Nada

Havia feito a reserva e avisado sobre a hora de chegada às 22h. Chegamos no hotel e esperamos 30min e ninguém veio nos atender. Tivemos que buscar outro hotel no meio da noite para conseguirmos nos hospedar. No outro dia mandou a mensagem dizendo "esqueci de avisar um detalhe, precisava ter tocado no videoporteiro". Isso não é um detalhe, total falta de comunicação e atenção.
