Great, right on the beach!

Facilities a bit weak (mosquito nets with holes, no isolation, door that could easily be forced open...). Minors details.

Great location and very comfortable. Great value. Reasonably quiet and close to the beach. The standing fans provided helped keep the room reasonably cool. An easy and short walk to many restaurants.

No real complaints. The room is a little "tired" looking with some loose fixtures, but not enough to be a bother. I would have liked it if there was shade on the balcony.

Loved staying here. It has all the basics I needed and is SO close to the ocean. Gabbie was very helpful.

Some of the floor tiles were cracked but that quickly did not matter to me. The door latch needed some work.

As others have said, the room is basic but it has nice big windows and working bathroom facilities, plus access to a fridge. The beds were very comfortable and there were ample nice pillows.. Wifi was reasonably strong and stable. The location is basically right on the beach and on the main road so very convenient to restaurants and tiendas. Also, it's a short walk to Mazunte. If you're looking for a clean, basic room on the beach you can't beat this value.

The fans worked well for fans but it was still quite warm at night. There is some neighbourhood noise at night (barking dog) and in the early morning (bongos).

Very basic with holes everywhere that allowed the cockroaches in.

The location was great. It was super close to the beach which was what we were optimising for. A cleaner came often and did a great job at keeping the place clean and tidy. Our host was really helpful. Beach towels were provided

The bed concrete bed bases really kept the heat and without aircon it was hard to cool down. There aren't a lot of places around with aircon though and we knew this going in.

if you want a place that is right at the beach, where you can hear the waves, that’s cheap, this is your spot. it’s a bit ragtag here and there but to be honest we really enjoyed our stay here. it felt very beachy. it’s basic, but the sounds of the waves and the price make it all worth it.

it’s not a modern establishment so do not expect everything to be slick and new. adds to the fun of the place.
