Ich war jetzt das zweite Mal dort und hatte sogar das gleiche Zimmer. Die neuen Besitzer sind hervorragend. Es gibt jetzt auch ein Frühstück und Herr Braun bereitet auch ein sehr gutes Omlet zum Frühstück zu. Bei Bedarf gibt es die ein oder anderen Tips für Sehenswürdigkeiten und wie man dort hin kommt. Für meinen sehr frühen Rückflug wurde ein zuverlässiger Taxifahrer für einen sehr moderaten Festpreis vermittelt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten.

Our fundamental criteria were that of NOT being in a large hotel which could well morph into a party hotel without us knowing as well as being within walking distance of life outside the accommodation. That and Aircon as it was forecast to be 30°C. Our accommodation met these criteria as it contained just 6 rooms. We really appreciated that the proprietors ensured that they were there on our arrival - we hate keys in boxes or having to do things with your telephone. It was also really nice to speak with them again at breakfast on the roof terrace. We appreciated the free bottled water as well as the bottle of wine on our arrival - which we enjoyed one evening on the roof terrace. This is an old building and the rooms are small as that was the way things were built. It won't suit everyone, but it suited us.

The accommodation suited us but others might not appreciate the very small rooms or the fact that sometimes the bathroom for the bedroom is across the corridor. Similarly this would not be suited for people with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs.

Nous avons séjourné 8 nuits dans cet hôtel que j’avais choisi pour son côté intimiste, personnalisé et surtout pour sa proximité avec toutes les commodités. Points forts : les restaurants, les transports et les départs d’activités sont accessibles à pied. Un distributeur et un lavomatic à deux pas se sont révélés très pratiques, et nous avons pu garer facilement notre voiture de location (avec, en option, un parking payant tout proche si besoin). Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, attentionnés et vraiment charmants. Le petit déjeuner, servi sur le rooftop, est un vrai régal avec jus d’orange maison, fruits frais et… du Nutella ! La chambre, cosy et bien optimisée, dispose d’un lit très confortable, mais il faut être en forme car on y accède par une échelle. Si vous êtes jeune, dynamique, et que vous souhaitez éviter les hôtels impersonnels et sans chaleur humaine, je vous recommande vivement Backstage Boutique.

L’hotel est situé dans une maison maltaise d’où son charme. Beaucoup d’escaliers.

The property was so cute and very well maintained, the staff were beyond lovely and accommodating for anything we needed. The rooms were so clean and bathrooms perfect. We loved our themed room! We were in the Louis room and it was fantastic. You can tell the owners put a lot of love and care into the property and make everyone who stays here feel at home. Would recommend 10/10 to everyone!!

The location of the guest house was great, and it was only a short walk down to the main street. The owners were delightful and helpful.

We booked for 5 nights but only stayed for one, as the room we were allocated was just too small to stay in. It was also located at the top of the property, accessible via a very steep stone staircase. We had to take one small suitcase up the stairs at a time, which was a struggle. The bed in the room was also accessed via a wooden ladder, which was not ideal, ok for children, but not for adults.
