O lugar é razoável, bonito, porém mal cuidado.

Proprietária muito mal educada, pensa que estamos fazendo favor pra eles. Portão trancado direto a pessoa não tem liberdade para entrar ou sair. Sem ter que chamar alguém para abrir o portão. DETALHE que uma pessoa resolveria dar fim a própria vida no quarto N8. Então o domingo foi cheio de polícia e IML para remover o corpo do local.
