Lots of cobwebs around windows and curtains. About 4 spiders in webs.no wardrobe to hang clothes .

"over all the stay at the inn was enjoyable"

breakfast was very good. the staff plaesent and welcoming. we did pay extra for evening meals but that was our choose.

I have asthma and arthrites . we booked a family room as my grandaughter came with us. I did find it a little bit of a slog to get to the top floor

Location and food excellent, local bus service very good. wallkng distance to Robin hoods Bay. Free Car parking a plus

Rooms Dirty and tired looking, Toilet seat very discoloured and needs replacing, headboard falling from wall. Whole room needed a deep clean dust everwhere , taps not working properly. . Nowhere in Bar area was available to drink as all tables allocated for people eating. Minimum customer service from staff.
