The space was large and open - great for socializing. We enjoyed the close proximity to Memo’s for breakfast.

The space could have been cleaner. There was a good amount of dirt and crumbs on the floor and the windowsill was very dusty.

Location-wise, we were just a few minutes from our relatives' home, so that was a huge bonus. Great communication with owners. Spacious downstairs with a large dining table, couch, and kitchen. Comfortable beds. Many amenities supplied. Muffins and coffee creamer waiting for us upon arrival.

I didn't realize there wasn't a solid wall between the two bedrooms. My husband snores, so it made it difficult for my son to sleep. Also, the sliding door to the balcony in the bedroom could use a room-darkening curtain. It does not shield the light coming in at all.

Proximity to the Eastern States Expo (Big E). Cleanliness. Single occupant venue. Friendliness of owners.

It's a semi industrial area and you share a parking lot with a busy restaurant. We knew this ahead of time so didn't mind.
