The property owner was very supportive as we needed a kettle to manage dinner as we arrived late and restaurants were closed nearby. The location of the property is very nice and close to the restaurants in the city. Overall a nice room and view across from the room.

The bed settee was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

The hotel was very clean. Its location is very good near Germany-Austria border. The lady waited us till our arrival. She was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was rich enough. Breakfast room was decorated well. It was comfortable and very clean. There was a free carpark beside the hotel.

The "Gasthaus" is in a small village, very easy to find. Parking places are available and free. The restaurant was not opened at that time but we were aware and the owner (very friendly) indicated a very good Restaurant (Gasthof Auwirt) only 2km away, in Ainring. The room was spacious, it was very clean, the shower powerful... and it was very quiet. And the price was unbeatable, as we booked just a day before - and no need to pay in advance... Simple and very nice! The breakfast had everything we need and like! We highly recommend! Could even be a 10!

Just to say something: shower gel in a bottle on the wall instead of individual soap... but soap is probably more environmental friendly...
