Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Nachmittagsjause sowie das Essen sind sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Wellness-Oase ist sehr gemütlich. Vor allem das Dampfbad hat mal richtig gedampft! Sieht msn eher selten..

Die Kastenbetten in den Alpenrose-Zimmer sind für größere Kunden ein bisschen kurz. Diagonal schlafen hilft aber. Als Alleinreisender habe ich den kompletten Doppelzimmerpreis inclusive 2er Frühstücke zahlen müssen. Es gab keinen Rabatt, auch nicht nach Discussion bei der Abreise. Was schade ist. Das Hotel ist demnach für Alleinreisende preislich nicht zu empfehlen...
