As acomodações são de boa qualidade, os funcionários do estabelecimento são cordiais e gentis.

Muito barulho por parte de alguns hóspedes, os quais fumavam em frente a pousada e a fumaça invadia nosso quarto; a localização é mediana, um pouquinho longe do centro, lombas muito ingrimes em ruas de péssima qualidade, acordamos no dia seguinte com o vizinho cortando grama de roçadeira às 07:30. O café não tem muitas opções salgadas, muito menos fit, muito doces e poucas variedades de frutas. No geral é bom, mas esses detalhes marcam a experiência.

Tudo pousada EXCEPCIONAL... Enorme ! Porém tive um contratempo e não puder me hospedar. MAIS conheci TODA a estrutura de funcionários da pousada. RECOMENDO. Voltando em Bento Gonçalves CERTAMENTE ME HOSPEDAREI nesta pousada.
