Loved the free breakfast, very nice pancakes! The room was a nice size, very comfortable. Adequate Aircon for the room. Comfortable bed, big enough for 2 of us. Nice powerful shower. Lovely roof area to hang out and watch the stars and sea.

Small balcony, too small to really spend any time out there. Tiny TV in the corner of the room, maybe install a bigger TV in a better location? The plug socket was in an awkward place, difficult to access, also there weren't many plug sockets in the room as a whole.

Reception people is very nice, breakfast is good. Place is simple and affordable. But in 3rd floor WiFi is not working well.We still recommend for the people who don’t used net most of the time.

Dnt book any tour package from hotel. A, tour ask me 1600 pesos at bus station it 1200. No free drop. All the time you need book tricycle for Mcdonald. 100 pesos per ride or more

Well over all i cant beleave this should be listed as a 5 star hotel and the photos you display on your web page are far from what we saw when we arrived. Out houst June was very helpfull looked after us very well cooked our breakfasts washed our clothes we had to pay per the kelo that was ok no worries about that but the location and the allay way to the hotel was unreal pathway was full of holes uneven 45 degrees down slope so slippery loose sand and motor bikes all hours of the night going up and down the pathway so unsafe lucky we have no children to worry about. Lots of construction going on in near by homes and the roof of the hotel was being renovated not sure what was going on but plenty of hammering and grinding could not get a decent sleep due to all this happening. As also for stray dogs they were everywhere you went they even come into the hotel to be chased out not over impress with this but again it was happening each day and at night not sure what was on the roof but it sounded like rats or cats not sure what it was in summing up we would not go back to this hotel nor would we give it 5 stars your listings must be from when it first opened our room was nothing like the ones you show. We also had problems with the plumbing works to the toilet getting blocked and we were given a bucket and plunger 🪠 so we could fix it unreal i did not want to say anything iam pretty handy around the home and my employment is maintenance at a very large company in Australia so rather than complaine i just fixed it. Just about everything very disappointing and not what we expected but if the owners are selling this hotel as we were told thats to me explained why it was so run down. We did not take any photos not worth keeping
