The external property itself was beautifully landscaped, well maintained and very secure. The interior of the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Large bathroom, plenty of hot water, lots of light and good WiFi. Lots of external covered seating areas. Well located with several restaurants close nearby and 5 minutes from a collectivo stop. Last but not least the Manager Amalia was lovely with excellent English and helpful at every turn. A wonderful experience and an excellent value. I highly recommend this property.

Amalia es muy amable, estuvo al pendiente de lo que necesitará, el lugar súper bonito, ves las montañas al despertar. Además de que Amalia junto con Nami me acompañaba a caminar a las montañas, lo cual me pareció increíble. La ubicación ideal, a mi me gustó porque descubrí el río y lindos paisajes.

La naturaleza, la atención que te dan en todo momento, estuvo muy padre la habitación, allí mismo podías hacer tu desayuno, comida y cena. La fogata que hicimos, la atención que nos dió la señora Amalia.

No me gustó que tienes que rentar tus toallas, pero pues no fue tampoco un gasto alto

Stunning location and well maintained property. Lots of great nature walks and places to go and eat in walking distance. The cabin was perfect for relaxing with family, and ours (Cabaña preciosa) had a kitchen, which was nice for cooking meals we could share on the porch.

The location is beautiful and the onsite staff were very kind and helpful. You are not exactly in nature but in a rural community, complete with the sounds of roosters, dogs, local sales people calling out their trades. There are very nice restaurants nearby. It felt very safe.

While the photos of our room were reasonably accurate, the information provided was not. Amenities which were listed but not here: Additional bathroom, washing machine, Sockets near bed, Sitting Area, Coffee Machine, Coffee\tea maker, fireplace, Wi-Fi, kitchenware, fan, guest bathroom. Several other amenities were substandard but these were completely missing. We chose this property specifically because of the fireplace, washing machine, Wi-Fi and well provisioned kitchen. . The lack of these amenities really ruined two days of our vacation. We tried to raise these issues with the host but she would not accept any responsibility. She specifically said we needed to take this up with Booking.com and seek restitution from them as she was not responsible for the way her property was represented on this platform.

Garden and rooms are spacious, cozy place to stay for 1night. We stayed there to join Muerteada at San Agustin Etla on 1st Nov

Abit far from main town, need to walk 15-20mins to town area. But it's safe to walk even at night, remember to swtich on headlight or flash at night
