Das Abendessen war gut, das Personal nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Sportgeräte waren kaputt und nicht nutzbar. Im Poolbereich hat sogar die Kunstpflanze schon die Blätter verloren. Die Mülleimer im Zimmer wurden nur geleert, wenn man an der Rezeption bescheid gegeben hat, dass das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll.

"Für unseren Wochenendtrip war es genau richtig."

Die Verpflegung war sehr gut, angefangen vom Frühstück bis zum Nachmittagssnack incl. Abendessen. Unkompliziertes Aus- und Einchecken. Das Zimmerupgrade wurde umgesetzt.

Die Tische im Restaurant (speziell die Zweier-Tische standen eng nebeneinander, so dass man dem Nachbarn sehr nahe war. Leider ist nachmittags nur der Tee incl. und nicht auch Kaffee (das war nur für die All-Incl. gratis). Parkplatzsituation kann manchmal eng werden. Die Kinder sind abends um 21 Uhr noch tobend durch das Haus - das ist aber ein Problem der Eltern und nicht vom Hotel.
