Staff were excellent and helpful. Location is perfect.

Dining and the food generally were hit and miss. Could be better.

We were a family of 4 there for skiing. Great location for lifts. Clean and well appointed. Staff all friendly and helpful. Half board, not too overbearing- some might expect more. Decent evening bar. Close to apres ski. We would go again.

Not serving tap water with dinner…

The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. I asked about laundry service. I was told that the hotel didn't normally offer one but, as I had a two-week stay, they offered to provide it for me. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, it being across the road from one telecabine lift, and right by direct access to the slopes, from which you could ski to another major telecabine lift. It's very handy for the ski hire shops and apres ski bars, too.

The room was a little too hot for my personal comfort (but great for drying wet items of clothing). With the slopes right outside the window, it was a fantastic view but too noisy to open the window when the piste bashers were out at night. I would have liked to have had the facility to make a hot drink in my room.
