Hotel Schörhof

Hotel Schorhof was perfect in every way, the staff were so friendly we felt completely at home as soon as we arrived. The food both at breakfast and dinner was exquisite, breakfast was plentiful and dinner was so tasty. Felt like a treat every day! They were also so accomodating when we had friends to visit for dinner on evening. Cannot wait to come back already.

to overpriced to expensive

it’s location. it is located in a farms area and mountains around the hotel the hotel staff were very nice. they provide my wife a fabulous cake for her birthday. we also had a problem in our room with AC. they spare no efforts to pleases us and solve this issue.

the AC. we book in the hotel for 7 nights. the first 3 nights the AC in the junior suite we booked was not working. we requested the hotel to change the room from the first night , they due to the unavailability of rooms. in the four night the hotel moved us to a smaller room with working AC and they refund us 150 euro. during the whole period we requested them to check us out and refund us the cost of the remaining nights, this request is always rejected. they really do all efforts to make their guest very happy but if you book them and you face any problem I don’t think that they are flexible in canceling your reservation and refund you.
