The location was excellent to lifts ,bus stop. and nice cafe across the road. Very friendly, family hotel. Very nice atmosphere for families. Nice area in foyer with games and toys and books for children. . Excellent breakfasts and dinners. Comfortable rooms.

The hotel is perfect for skiing for those who are a little lazy like me. Excellent location by the road and a short distance from the ski lift (approx. 50m). Professional and friendly staff, both at the reception and in the dining room, as well as room service. Really excellent food served as in higher category hotels. Spacious dining room. Quiet and peaceful at night. Spacious ski room with ski boot heating with side entrance using the hotel card. Top for us, we will definitely come back.

Everything was cool, the hotel manager was very very kind and helpful. This was my first time alone abroad, I enjoyed very well this holiday. The breakfast and dinner could not have been better. Sauna was also super. The room met my needs, I just stayed there in the nights to sleep, it was tidy and comfortable. I could also easily get into the city center with a 10 minutes walk, or by ski.

I think the ski ticket was a little expensive (67 Euro in April / day), but it isn't in connection with the accomodation.

Everything was super, the location is perfect, less than one min walk and you are reaching the ski lift. Breakfast+dinner were good and they have options for you if you have food allergies.

Everything was perfect during our trip. The food, especially for dinner was very good. The room was nice and clean. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Also the location is a plus as the hotel is right across from the chair lifts/ gondola and bus station.

I had a fantastic stay at your hotel in Obertauern. Special thanks to Maja for her outstanding service and attention to detail, which made my visit memorable. Looking forward to returning soon!
