Die Lage war wie im letzten Jahr optimal

Wir mussten gegenüber vom letzten Jahr € 500,-- mehr bezahlen, jedoch war Service wesentlich schlechter... in den ersten Tagen zuerst kein Sonnenschirm am Steg, bis zum letzten Tag waren dann doch genug Sonnenschirme da(Ärger in den ersten Tagen)... Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffett war gegenüber vom letzten Jahr erheblich reduziert... Zimmerreinigug 😪war echt fragwürdig... am 1.Tag wurden die Betten nicht gemacht, am 2. Tag wurde kein Bad gemacht... usw. Wir hatten ein Seeblick-zimmer leider direkt im 2.Stock über der Hotelterrasse... in den ersten Tagen alles grundsätzlich OK.TAG 3+4 hätte ich am Balkon ein Tanzcafe aufmachen können, aufgrund der Musik von der Hotelterrasse(es waren nie andere Gäste auf der Terrasse) mit sehr viel Bass(bumbumbum😪) bis 22.30h... nach div. Reklamationen/heftigen Diskussionen wurden die Musikboxen in die Hotellobby gestellt und im Aussenbereich hat man im 2.stock nichts mehr davon gehört...aber unser Urlaub war zu Ende und wir dem entsprechend enttäuscht. Fazit: die erhebliche Preiserhöhung ist mit Sicherheit nicht gerechtfertigt... und zum Thema "Adults Only"(für uns uninteressant, da wir Kinder lieben) gilt nur für die Zimmer im Hotel und den Frühstücksraum... am Pool und am Steg sind Sehr wohl Kinder, da diese von den Privathäusern rundherum mitbenützt werden. 🤔🥴 Schade um das schöne Hotel😥😥

Ein sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt auf der Durchreise. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Victoria, das "Mädchen" für Alles. So etwas nettes, hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes habe ich kaum jemals erlebt. Man wird gleich bei der Ankunft mit einem herzlichen Hallo empfangen. Wir hatten nach ihrem Dienstschluss ein Problem mit dem Fernseher über der Badewanne und sie kam sofort und konnte das Problem lösen. Das Zimmer war groß mit einem riesigen Eckbalkon mit Blick zum Wörthersee. Ein kostenloser Garagenplatz ist auch dabei.

Es hat alles gepasst.
