Alpin Art & Spa Hotel Naudererhof Superior

Eine Garage für unser EBike. Das Schwimmbad war gut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Das Badezimmer war Standard 70erJahre. Der Duschkopf war defekt und spritzte in alle Richtungen. Das Badezimmer stand abschließend unter Wasser. Die Beleuchtung war schlecht. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Alpin Art & Spa Hotel Naudererhof und rundum begeistert. Unser E-Bike konnte sicher untergestellt und problemlos geladen werden. Das Personal – besonders an der Rezeption – war ausgesprochen herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Abendessen war gehoben und geschmacklich hervorragend, dazu gab es am Morgen ein reichhaltiges und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Ein kleiner Hinweis: Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würden wir eines der moderneren Zimmer oder Suiten buchen – für eine Nacht war die einfachere Kategorie jedoch völlig ausreichend. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Abendessen und Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet.

This week we really learned to appreciate the presence of swimming pools, sauna and (best of all) the steambath, trying to master Austrian sauna-etiquette. ;-) We occupied the fine room #107 that left nothing to desire. Big, complete and comfortable. Personell was helpfull and friendly. Breakfast was well organised, choices were great and so was the quality. The restaurant and bar-area had a very welcoming feel to it.

There were some things. You park somewhere around the hotel in the semi-public space. You are asked to leave your car key with the reception (in case they need to be moved(?). Could have been an issue, but ever-present and friendly reception staff made it work. Wellness was supposed to be open till 20:00 hrs, but sauna went cold on us half an hour early. One day the door to the balcony was left open by the personell, leaving the room very cold and our posessions unguarded and unlocked. The format of the evening-menu was puzzling in my eyes. Didn’t get it cleared up during our stay and wasn’t completely blown away by the food. So, last two evenings we ate at italian restaurant “Da Francesco” and they showed again what can be done with simple ingredients and true magic.

I booked this hotel as a treat for my mum's 60th birthday, and they have spent a wonderful time there. They loved everything, the food was spectacular, the outside swimming pool was fantastic and the staff was ever so friendly to them. It is also conveniently located for daily bike trips, which my parents did. We do recommend this hotel very much and thank you for your hospitality.
