Da ich auf Rollator angewiesen bin. Sind sie zuerst erschrocken, weil das Zimmer im 1 Stock war. Nach klärenden Worte,waren sie höflich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde beim Koffer tragen meinem Mann geholfen.

Nachdem man die Ankunft telefonisch mitteilen sollte, wurde ich kurz und bündig aufgeklärt "ab 17 Uhr ist die Rezeption besetzt ". Der Ton war nicht gerade angenehm. In der Dusche ging die Türe aus der Führung und ist nach innen gefallen. War schwierig rauszukommen. Haben es beim Frühstück der Servicekraft gemeldet. Die wollte es weiter geben. Die Rezeption war dann mal belegt. Chef persönlich. Der meinte "das sei kein Problem ". Repariert wurde es nicht. Duschen war nicht möglich. Mein Mann hat dann selbst gemacht. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Speisselokal ist zu empfehlen . Es gab griechische Speisen, die sehr rasch serviert wurden und sehr gut waren. Das Personal war, freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Trotz der Dusche war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
