"Romantic snowed in castle experience with fantastic sauna area"

The castle is set on a fairytale ground with small lakes and forest on rolling hills, and it was snowing that day. We were the only guests in the castle which made it magical on top. Along castle stairs, you find many ancient furniture, which adds to the feeling. However, the rooms are equipped modernly, which is a bit disappointing. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The sauna in the castle is fantastic with romantic resting rooms. The food was OK.

The room furnishings are too modern for my taste since we've decided on a castle. WiFi was good foe browsing and reading, but videos did not play.

Overall a pleasant stay. Breakfast was excellent, varied choices.

A castle is a castle. The rooms likewise. They would need a more modern, up-to-date touch up.

Just a wonderful hotel in a beautiful place! You feel like a queen / king! The rooms are classy, the spa is exceptional and the food is first class!
