Marmotta Alpin hotel

This is a small family run hotel with a wonderful staff. Breakfasts were fine with pastries, bread,fruit and eggs, etc. Dinners were incredible. The bar is casual and fun. This is a family business and they welcome guests as family. Extremely accommodating and friendly. The views are amazing. There are two amazing ski areas within 1 kilometer. Muhlbach am Konig is a winter playground for skiing, tobogganing and hiking.

You need a 4WD or AWD vehicle to manage access to the hotel during the winter. This is not an option. I put this note under the don’t like section because I rented a 2WD in Munich that was not adequate for the hill. The AWD vehicles managed it well. This is the Alps in Austria, I should have been more aware.

Tolles Hotel in Mühlbach. Unser Zimmer hatte einen geräumigen Balkon mit Blick in die Berge.

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Anfahrt mit dem Auto über den Berg, da nur ein Fußweg direkt runter ins Dorf geht.

Schöner Wellness Bereich mit Ausblick in die Landschaft.

Staff molto gentile, ti fa sentire come a casa. Hotel in posizione non centrale rispetto alla strada ma in posizione tranquilla. Ti senti come a casa, buona accoglienza. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, se paragonato ad altri hotel della zona. Consigliato e se dovessi aver ancora bisogno ci ritornerei.

L'accesso non è super agevole ma non è un problema.

Die Gastgeberin ist super lieb und total Kundenorientiert. Haben das ein oder andere Pläuschen an der Rezeption oder beim Frühstück gehalten. Immer super lieb und zuvorkommend.

Hotel ist sehr sauber.

Sauna ist wohl im Sommer nicht geöffnet. Zumindest war die Türe zugesperrt. Habe leider niemanden mehr gefunden um zu fragen.

Widok na góry, smaczne śniadanie (szwedzki stół ze świeżym pieczywem - chleby, bułki, rogaliki francuskie, wędliny, sery, świeżo robione jaja sadzone przez miły Personel, pomidory, ogórki, owoce, dżemy, miod, Nutella, jogurty, płatki, kawa, herbata, soki, mleko). W pokoju TV, balkon z widokiem na Alpy, zasłony nieprzepuszczające światła, garderoba, czysta łazienka, ręczniki. Pies Magic ;)

Trudny dojazd do hotelu, nawigacja Google maps prowadzi źle, nie ma o tym informacji ani jakiejś mapki na stronie hotelu, pomimo, że hotel wie o tym problemie. Szukałyśmy godzinę prawidłowej drogi krążąc po mieście, lesie, górkach, aż w końcu zdesperowane, że będziemy spać w aucie, zapytałyśmy jakiegoś tubylca, który na migi wytłumaczył nam jak tam dojechać. W łazience pod prysznicem woda leje się wpierw z deszczownicy, a dopiero jak się zaciągnie kurek, to leci ze słuchawki - jak się nie chce myć głowy, to można się niemiło zaskoczyć, że poleje się woda z góry..
