Location is great, the hotel owners are very hospitable (rare thing in Austria) and the staff very helpful.

The room needs to be renovated and the breakfast selection to be enriched.

"Great location and amazing customer service"

Great location in a nice village. Ski school for kids outside the hotel and many more just minutes away by car. It was very close to Kitzbühel and a good area to explore around. The swimming pool was very hot and the hotel really clean. The staff were very kind and hospitable. They assisted us in reserving a table for Christmas when it was busy. They also hosted a gathering for Christmas and they gave presents to all guests. Farewell gift was a nice touch too and everyone was smiley.

Breakfast could have more options. Rooms were very well maintained, however they could look more modern/updated.
