Menchu's Pension House

Incredible stay at this sweet family's hotel. Lovely people! Thank you for your warmth and accommodations. Super close to everything, shops, restaurants, spas and Alona beach is around the corner. Benefits that it's just tucked away in from all the noise of the busy town. Nice to have a kitchenette and rooms were larger in size. Thank you Menchu! Happy holidays to you and your family.

Basic, but clean and comfortable with your own outside patio space. Located in a quiet, leafy street but only a 5min walk to the action. Friendly staff.

It's advertised at 100m from the beach. It's not, even if you are a seagull. It's about a 1.5km walk or tuktuk ride, although saying that the route to the beach is through town so it's interesting and you'd probably be going there anyway

The hotel is located on a narrow street, without asphalt, it was raining on the day of arrival and the street turned into an impassable lake. The gates to the territory open with great difficulty, my wife could not open them on her own. The condition of the rooms generally corresponded to the photos on the website, if not for one THING. Insects were found in one of the 4 rooms (there were 8 of us). An employee was called, she zealously slapped the insect)There is no direct road to the beach! We have to go around. After some thought, we decided to check out of the hotel that same evening, but they didn't refund our money despite our email to the support team.

Clean room, bathroom had very good installation, proper toilet and seat👍good hot water....very friendly and helpfull staff

Matrasse was a bit thin and not so comfortable

קיבלנו את החדר האחרון, הרגיש כאילו אנחנו ברחוב. שומעים כל דבר שזז שם. מעבר לזה המיטה לא הייתה נוחה והיה מלא אור כי הפנס של הרחוב פונה לחדר. בעקבות כל זאת לא הצלחתי בכלל לישון בלילה

La habitación era cómoda aunque al estar en la parte de abajo se oía pasar a la gente y motos aunque estaba en un calle pequeña había muchos alojamientos. Tenía cocina, frigorífico y tetera. Tenía armarios y perchero para dejar las cosas. La cama era comoda. El aire enfriaba aunque hacía un poco de ruido. El porque era cómodo con un mesa y dos sillas y aunque daba a la calle había plantas que daban intimidad. Buenas relación calidad precio. A la playa se tardaba 10 minutos andando y había cerca una avocateria muy recomendable de aguacates. También cerca había pizzería y tiendas

La piscina no era acogedora porque no estaba lo suficientemente limpia de hojas que habían caído. Están en obras justo donde la piscina y hay mucho albañil y ruido del trabajo...quitando eso está bien por el precio.

Very affordable and walking distance to the beach. Strong wifi. Daily room service included.

Air conditioning was not that strong- not a huge deal. The road leading to the property is a dirt road gets extremely wet during rainy periods. Pool is smaller than it looks on the photos! Again, not a huge deal- there is the ocean to swim nearby, or if you want a huge pool some of the nearby resorts allow you to pay to access theirs for the day.
