Solution of the door to bathroom/wc is a bit strange. All the rest was 100%!

The Location

We arrived in the night after working a 12 hour day, we went to our room to sleep and there was a large wedding party that was dancing outside our balcony at 1am. We were not informed we would hear or that it would exceed 11pm. We asked to be located to another room and they told us there were no rooms and we kindly insisted for them to help us. They switched us with a guest that had not checked in yet to a smaller room, no balcony, air quality was terrible and the heating system was on during 95 degree weather. We not only had to relocate our room at 1am, but we also had a downgrade. Staff was not so eager to help and this place could use some friendlier / more pleasant staff. Customer service was not up to par with standard expectations. We were polite although unhappy about working a long day and having to deal with that upon arriving to sleep and nothing was essentially offered or even apologized for the inconvenience. Had very little sleep because of the air quality, bed and overall feeling of this side room that didn’t feel like a proper room for a hotel guest. We put our trust in Booking.com and sadly we were disappointed and dissatisfied with the overall experience. Thank you for your time and attention to this email. We hope to not experience this again with Booking.com

Very quiet place, standing alone in the hills, but not too far from the motorway. One hour from the capital, but still on the countryside. Leave your window open at night....

No complaints at all.

Super nice rooms, perfectly clean. Service good.

Breakfast really poor. WiFi not working perfectly. Problems in normal connectivity.
