Excellent location, very quiet, great outlook. Bed was comfortable and bath towels were lovely and soft. Great sized room. 15 minutes to the CBD, multiple dinner and breakfast options within walking distance. Off street parking.

The location was brilliant; 10-15 minute walk from Salamanca but in a quiet and historic neighbourhood with a lovely selection of cafes and eateries close by, and great views of the water at the end of the street. Leanne contacted me by text to advise how to gain entry, and popped into the apartment each day for a quick clean and refresh of used cutlery and crockery without being in any way intrusive.

It suited me very well; the room was large with a queen and a single bed, tv, basic cooking facilities (microwave, kettle, fridge and cutlery). For anyone wanting full self-catering options this wouldn't be sufficient, but it was perfect for my needs.

Location! Ideal location walking distance to any sites you may want to see while in Hobart. Staff are so kind, allowing us to store our luggage the next day without a time restriction. Good value for money. Good water pressure for shower.

Interior quite dated, mattress mostly caved in on one side of the bed. This didn't bother me much but may affect others with a sore/sensitive back. Very close to road with thin walls inside and out, not very much traffic so wasn't a problem on our stay.

- Preis war durchaus okay. - Liegt sehr schön im Stadtteil Battery Point. Das Wasser sowie einige sehr gute Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und auch im Zentrum von Hobart ist man in ca. 20 Minuten. - Das Zimmer ist sehr groß inkl. einer Art Wintergarten, der durch dicke Vorhänge vom restlichen Bereich abgetrennt werden kann. - Das Zimmer hat einfach einen gewissen Charme (Dekoration, Einrichtung).

- Man kann zwar gratis an der Unterkunft parken, aber je nach Zimmer (wir hatten Nr. 9) ist es sehr kompliziert so zu parken, dass andere Gäste noch mit ihrem Auto vorbeikommen. - V.a. im Eingangsbereich, im Wintergarten und an der Hintertür gab es schon sehr viele Spinnweben, die man mal entfernen könnte. - Das Bett ist sehr weich und man sinkt ziemlich ein.
