Noise, room had no place to store luggage, hang clothing, bathroom basin was too small to work effectively - couldn’t fill the kettle and was difficult to clean teeth, no hairdryer, TV didn’t work properly and the cord from the kettle didn’t reach the power board so I had to place it on the floor to use it. The plinth in which the shower stood was very high making it difficult to “climb” into the shower and there was no where to put my shampoo, conditioner and soap. On the up side the bed was lovely and the towels fluffy.

Good location, nice staff, good food. The toilets and rooms were clean.

Some rooms are too tight in space. Queen rooms are good. Share toilets has only one lavatory so doesn't help if it gets crowded.

Comfy beds, friendly staff.
