At walking distance from the center of Coyoacan, the room was beautiful and clean, there's a nice terrace on the rooftop and the staff was absolutely the best. Very kind and always ready to help.

I only liked that it was in Coyoacan. The location is very cormfortable, but the hotel is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend at all, terrible experience.

The room was extreamly dirty, smelled terrible the towels weren't washed and were on a really bad state, same thing with the sheets. There were lots of flies, there was mold, the charged extra for parking, and the personnel was very rude, and they didn't respect our reservation fare.

El barrio es muy lindo.

No habia una recepción con personal disponible para atender ni dar instrucciones sobre la habilitación. Ni siquiera un café de cortesía. Me parece que la relación calidad-precio no da.

Sounded like that rates were running around in between the walls. It was very cold in the room. Water in bathroom sink could not pass through the drain.
